Track, assign, and manage jobs from start to finish
Go to "Create Job" section. Fill in customer details, select job type, and add items with quantity and price. Add any advance payment and remarks.
Upload reference files or design files by clicking “Upload Files” on the job card. You can also remove or replace files later.
Use the “Assign Job” button to assign it to an operator or vendor. You can also set due dates, add internal remarks, and track assignment status.
View job list with status tags: Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Delivered. Click on each job for detailed history and updates.
Once the job is complete, click “Print Job Card” to generate customer or staff copies. If any payment is pending, go to “Receive Payment” to settle balance.
